Jeffrey Douglas speaks and Douglas Design Studio donates design at the Junior League premiere fundraiser, the 3-week long Designer Showhouse at the McLean House estate.

To demonstrate that great design isn’t just about fabulous furnishings, rare materials and exotic finishes, but very much about intelligent, imaginative responses to challenges, Douglas Design Studio magically transformed the McLean House main stair. The designers worked with local artists to create a marvelous play of light, shadow, and shape. In a speech on ‘Dealing with Awkward Spaces’, Jeffrey elaborated on the firm’s approach to balance, proportion, form and context.
