During our 25 years of experience we have refined our working process to provide a streamlined, stress-free service. In our consultations, we will agree on a proposal detailing the budget, terms and deliverables of the project, then take you through these four design steps:
Concept & Vision Development
Design exploration to define concept and design direction
Explore inspirations, colour and texture, lifestyle needs, personal taste
Review concept images, floor plans, furniture plans and perspective sketches
Interior Details and Technical Drawings
Room by room, we develop the design, working with detailed drawings for visualization and construction
Create detailed technical plans on all architectural details, including demolition/construction plans, tile plans, millwork drawings for storage and fireplaces, reflected ceiling and electrical plans
Present design alternatives tailored to your needs and wishes regarding finishes and cabinetry, including ceiling, door, trim and floor finishes
Design room-by-room flow concepts including colour and finishes
Recommend appliance packages and set plumbing fixtures schedules
Tender Package and Project Management
We finalize the overall design for your approval and then get to it: During construction, we manage the entire project on your behalf
Submit final revisions to drawings, finishes and schedules for your approval
Prepare packages for tender
Liaise with the contractor or builder during the construction/renovation of your home to answer questions, address site discrepancies and assist in solving site problems
Decoration and Accessorizing
We complete the project with furnishings until your dream home is ready for move in
Design room-by-room flow concepts including colour and furnishings such as drapery, floor coverings, art, accessories and finishes
Purchase all furnishings, furniture and accessories on your behalf
Coordinate delivery, installation and arrangement
Incorporate and oversee transfer of personal items such as artworks to your new home
