To demonstrate that great design isn’t just about fabulous furnishings, rare materials and exotic finishes, but very much about intelligent, imaginative responses to challenges, Douglas Design Studio magically transformed the McLean House main stair. The designers worked with local artists to create a marvelous play of light, shadow, and shape.
